La serie de fotografía artística surgió en un viaje de campo a Villa de Leyva en Boyacá-Colombia, es una serie de fotografías realizada con mi cámara en modo manual en escala de grises y el objetivo era hacer cada fotografía en un único disparo, es decir interpreté la luz de la escena, configuré la cámara y disparé … Logrando uno de los trabajos más interesantes de mi carrera profesional, de las 90 fotografías que conforman Claro Oscuro desde la Obturación, dos fotografías fueron premiadas y me permitieron adquirir el título de artista: VII Salón del Artista de la Universidad Central donde fui docente de fotografía publicitaria del año 2012 al 2019. Obtuve el primer lugar con el cuadro Autor-Retrato y el segundo Lugar con mención de honor con la obra Kleitoris… Así mismo la serie ha participado en varias exposiciones artísticas actualmente la obra hace parte de exposición permanente y venta en SAATCHI ART
